Export to Word with date as part of file name

I've checked past posts which detail how to code the file name so that it
includes the date when a report is exported from Access 2007 to Word.

Unfortunately I'm completely coding illiterate.

Could someone please tell me how to include the date in the file name when I
export to Word .rtf? Here is my current saved Export (without date):

R:\Clients\GBT\GBTA - Archive\L & G\Total Units by Exchange Reports\Total
Units by Exchange.rtf

Then do I simply replace what is in the dialogue box in "Saved Exports" with
the information you've given me? If not, how do I get to the place where I
enter that information?
