Export visio-2007 to Dwg drawing

It is exporting well without the flip shape,
When a flip shape is there and export in the vsd file and exporting.
After exporting that file, the text of the flip shape is not comming properly.
Can any body give any solution or any sugession.

What is a flip shape?

When a visio shape is flip vertical or horizontally then the export to dwg
drawing is not working properly. The text of the shape is not properly coming.
