How do I "get around" the export wizard's proclivity to truncate numeric
values to 2 decimals, when I really need to retain 3? The database is too big
to cut and paste into EXCEL...

I'm wondering why you need 3 decimal places. That is the equivalent of two
minutes on a week long task. Do you really estimate and track to that level
of precision?

Yeah, I do, because the data fields indicate geographic location of road
segments, and for complete coverage, the format requires 3 digits. The 3
digit information, along with route type, and route number, creates a unique
ID that allows our customers to map via GIS.

Any ideas on how to get around the truncation problem?
