Exporting a Access Query

I am trying to Import a query from Access into Excel however only the headers
apear in the spreadsheet but no data. Any ideas on what I'm missing?
MS Office 2003
Windows XP Pro

Zb,

I think you meant Export? When you open the query in Access what do you
see?

Gina I open Excel and Data, Import External data, Import data, and navagate
to the Access db, select the query. This results with the headers populating
the spreadsheet but without any data.

I'm not sure if the issue is with Excel or Access .

If you just open the query in Access do you see any results?

Right-click on the Query object, select "Export" --> Excel.

Bingo!
