exporting a form and a the current record in the form

Hi,

I have a form with a single table of data. I wish to export the form with
the current record of data in it. This will be for display purposes. So my
form will display all the current data (of the current record) and all the
header and footer info. I would then like to export that one record and
form. I would specifically write the data to a PDF (so it can't be changed).

I know this is not an easy one, but thanks in advance.
