Exporting a presentation/slide show into web page????

Hello,

I am a new PowerPoint user and I need some help. I have all my slides etc.
ready to go, and I need to send it either via email or export to the web and
I can't get it to work. I have tried sending it via email and it takes way
too long plus my sound gets lost.

Can anybody help me?
