Exporting a view

In the help file it indicated that when exporting to excel that there is an
option to select to include System Fields. At the moment it defaults to
exporting the system files and there does not seem to be an option to change
this at the indicated point. the other part is i want to export all entries
in the view but the export gives everything in the form. Is this a know
issue? or am I missing an option or parameter somewhere?

Do you mean in Groove 2007? I'm using Groove 3.1, when I export records in
view to excel, there's no such options. When I export records to txt, it
seems no system fields included.

Hi

I answered this post in anther post of you. The Groove 2007 will hide the
system fields for you when you chose export to excel. However, the system
fields still exists. Only tabled text will save all data as the sam as you
see in view.
