Exporting Access databases to SQL Server 2000

I need to merge two access databases containing customer
information into a single SQL Server 2000 database. What
are the steps that I need to take?

1. Design and implement the schema of the new database in SQL Server.

2. Load the data. Choices are: link to the new tables and write append
queries, the upsizing wizard, or DTS in SQL Server.
