Exporting ACCESS Report to Excel format

I am trying to send an access report as an excel attachment(as the recipient
does not have MS Access). I went ahead and exported the report to excel and
was successful , however, one of the contents of the fields in the report
got truncated when exported. The field is a memo field.ALl other fields were
exported correctly. What seems to be the problem?

The maximum Excel can handle in one cell is 256 characters. Memo fields can
be longer than that and only the first 256 will be exported.
