There are a number of these available and you can find many to review by
searching Google using "PDF driver" as a criterion.
I use PDF995 ( http://www.pdf995.com/ ). It is downloadable - and free if
you do not mind an internet "nag" screen - or $9.95 US if you do.

It is absolutely Free,
And free means no watermarks, no nag screens, no annoying Popup
