Exporting as CSV

I have a field that contains: LastName,FirstName.

Is there a way when using a transfer text macro to keep this field
together instead of breaking up into two different columns?

I also have a field that is converted to a date. Is there a way to
use the transfer text macro to not convert to date if the sheet needs
to change after export?
