I am attempting to back up my E-mails and my contacts.
When I go into my address book according to the help file
I should be able to select export from the file menu and
this will let me back-up my adress book, however when I go
into my address book and select the file menu the export
option is greyed out and I cannot select it.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to sort this issue as I
have spent ages tring to find out why I cannot select the
export function.
I am using outlook 2000!
