Exporting Data from Access 2007 to Outlook 2003

Hi,

Is it possible to transfer data from an access 2007 table into the contacts
in Outlook 2003?
If so, can someone please point me towards any links that can show me how to
do this?

one way... create a link to your Outlook Contacts table from within Access
(File, get external data, link... choose Outlook...)
then create an append query.
