I was not fortunate enough to receive a reply with my first thread so I am
giving it another crack, thanks.
I am trying to Insert a graph in to a form or report in the design view and
continually get the following error “There is no object in this control”. I
have a copy of the Access Bible and I am following the steps in the book,
adding the fields in the correct order etc. I realised that the field in the
table was text not numerical as I it should have been and that made no
difference either. At the moment I just really want to be able to proceed to
the
next wizard screen but get nuda. I think that maybe I need to reinstall
Access but that may prove impossible given the scope (Large Company, Large
network etc). So I am wondering is it possible to export the data to Excel
and create the graph there. I can do this manually by copy and pasting data
in but I would like it to happen automatically and automatically update as a
greater amount of data is inserted into the database.
Please Help, Thanks in advance.
