Exporting Database Properties Contents

I would like to create a list of what tables etc I have in a database. I know
I can see this information from File - Database Properties - Contents.
However, I would like to export this information to a text editor.
Please can someone tell me if there is a way to do this? (Either from Access
directly or using a separate utility)

What version of Access, and how much detail do you want?

Jeff Conrad has created several add-ins that give varying levels of details.
