Exporting Email Account in 2003

I am missing something here or has the option to export
email accounts been removed from 2003.

Any answers would be appreciated as this is something I
used to use quite frequently.

Which version and mode of outlook did you use before? Outlook never had the
ability to export email accounts, only express did.
