exporting email address book

I want to save the email address I have form one computer
and load them on to my new computer. How do I do this
with Outlook 2000?

Presumably you want to copy across all your emails as well? They are all
(including your contacts, calendar etc) stored in a file with the
extension pst. just copy that file to your new machine and open it in
Outlook.
