I have a client table that includes all their contact info. When I export it
to my Outlook contacts and map the fields, everything transfers wonderfully
except for the email addresses - only the first letter of the email address
shows up. The whole reason for exporting to Outlook is so I can email the
tenants as a distribution list, and I don't want to have to re-type over 100
email addresses. I have searched all over the internet and found several
posts from people in the exact same problem, but no solution. I sent my
existing Outlook contacts to Access table to ensure that the properties and
formatting were the same as the table I'm trying to send to Oulook, and it is.
I have Win XP Pro, Office XP with all the latest patches and fixes installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
