I have created a custom designed form on my home PC and need to send it to
work so i can install it and use it in outlook there.

How do / can i do this?

Open the form and save it as an *.oft file, which can be emailed.

Thanks Michael.
A couple of other questions if I may.
My form has a series of headings such as accomodation, car hire, flight
details etc and text boxes that people enter info into to let me know what
they require for me to then book for them.

1. How can I change the order my form prints out?
When I print the form (after someone has filled it out and emailed it to me)
It appears to print the Headings (and associated info someone has entered) in
a different order than what it actually apears on the form.

2. When I tried to created the form at my work and emailed it to myself at
home to enable me to "Design This Form" at home my "signature" appears on the
email......how can i remove this signature?

3. If as you have said I save the form as *.oft am I able to just save it to
desktop for example and then simply open it and the "design this form"

Cheers
Giovanni

It probably also says that the exentions for "Outlook Template" is ".oft".
So, both means the same.
