exporting emails

I've never done this so I want to ask and get an idea on how to export ALL
emails from outlook2000 to a server on the network. Or what is the best way
to back up important emails on a computer that "bugs-out".

Hi Tony,
the most important file is the pst file
so you have to copy this file on a cd, or external drive.
Or you can use the import/export function in outlook
File | import/export
