Exporting Excel Data to a Calendar

Do you know if you can export data from an excel spreadsheet to a calendar
template? I have information on programs and # of computers needed for each
date for the entire year. I would rather import that information than take
the chance of a data entry error. Any ideas?

Not that way round, but Outlook will certainly import data into the
Calendar.
I suggest you create a new calendar, manually add one of your pieces of
data, then export to an Excel file. Compare the fields between the two,
adjust the sheet that holds all your data then import!

If you decide to go with an all-Excel solution, check out
WinCalendar. It will alow you to create calendar spreadsheets.
From there should be as easy as copy & paste to achieve what you
need. For more info see WinCalendar.com
