I have an excel data file of 300 contacts separated out
into first name etc and I want to send an email to each
of them now and in the future.
How can I do this without reentering all of the data?
WhenI send information can I just have the contact group
name e.g Conference participants rather than the 300
email addresses in the "to" box. This is what currently
happens (not that I want it to) when I send emails using
outlook groups.
