Exporting from MSP2007 into MSP 200-2003 Format: File corrupts

Hi,
I am using MSP 2007 SP1
The steps: Save as --> MPP 2000-2003 format
Action: MSP Hangs
Outcome: the new file that is created is Corrupted, and cannot be opened in
any MSP Installation

Any help? My Client has only MSP 2003, and it is not possible/Extremely
expensive and tedious to install the new MSP or any converters on the machines
