Exporting groups to Excel

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop I have a data base from which I have created groups. How can I export just the contacts in the groups to an Excel list. Or, can I open Excel and import the groups from Entourage. Is there an alternative to manually sorting each contact from the main data base to get only the contacts in my Groups into Excel?
