Exporting & Importing from Entourage

A couple questions:

I would like to import mail messages from an AOL Data folder into
Entourage. Is there any way to do this? Also I have a PST file from
work with ran Outlook over a network of PCs, can I import that? Can
I import from Apples 'Mail' program?
I've found no way thus far to do any of these things.
Also can I export messages from Entourage X into Outlook on a PC
running XP?
My last question is how can I remove email addresses from the pull
down dialog box when creating a email I type the first few letters of
someones address and I get all these spam addresses on a pull down,
can I sort this information?

I'm looking for some help with importing calendars from Now up to date
to to entourage and then syncing with my palm. When I update Now, the
calendar does not erase the old calendar on entourage it keeps the old
calendar and adds the new one so I now have everything duplicated.
How can I erase the duplicate and start from scratch or just erase the
duplicate so I have just one copy on the calendar? Any suggestions?

If you make a custom view with these criteria:

Name: All Events

Item types : ˆ Calendar events [only]

Match: if ANY criteria are met

Category Is None
Category Is not None

You will get a list of all your events, which is always updated
automatically. Select all (select one, press command-A), click or press
Delete.

Do you really want to completely replace all events every single time? I
guess if you can only export ALL events from NUD every time, that's probably
the quickest way to do it. Otherwise, if NUD lets you export just new and
modified events, you wouldn't have to. My scripts provide duplicate checking
if needed, but it does slow things down if you have to use the duplicate
check.
