Exporting / importing inbox files

A internet advertising company had me export my microsoft outlook inbox to
them and now I am getting error messages for incoming e-mail. I am not able
to receive my e-mail since I did that. What can I do to fix this problem and
get my e-mail inbox back? I have microsoft outlook 2003.
