exporting mail settings and rules

I'd like to switch to using outlook instead of OE as my mail client but over
the years I've got a comprehensive set of rules configured and also about
25 different email addresses to check. I know I can export the message but
is there any way to export thee rules and email account settings?

I don't know a way of doing this from OE to Outlook. OE to OE is all I know
about. The two aren't easily translated.

For the Email accounts, in Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Mail
Account Settings>Next. Choose "Microsoft Outlook Express" and click Next.
Follow the rest of the prompts.

For the Rules, in Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail
and Addresses>Next. Choose :Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x". Uncehck all
but the "Rules" box. Click Next. Follow any remaining prompts.
