Exporting Mail Settings with Outlook Express 6

Hi

I'm trading up from Outlook Express 6 on a Windows ME PC to Windows Mail on
a Vista Laptop. Does anyone know if it is possible to export/import all of my
settings, including:
Address Book - Contacts, Groups and Folders
Previous Emails, including Folders
Mail and News Account Details
I presume if it's possible then I would have to use a USB Memory Stick or
similar.

Ask in the Windows Mail group, its nothing to do with Office, the answer has
been posted many times there

Broadly you need to copy the entire OE msg store (Identity) & wab file to
Vista, and in Mail import

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Instead of migrating to Windows Mail, you might want to consider to migrate
to Windows Live Mail instead.
