Exporting messages and settings from Windows Mail

I have Vista Home Premium and want to make the change from Windows Mail to
Outlook 2003. I can't find the appropriate rxpot/import combination to make
this happen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can launch the Export wizard from within Windows Mail. Press the ALT key
if you do not see any menus.
