exporting messages

I need to export for someone their outlook express inbox of about 90mb. Can
i export it from outlook express, and inport it in outlook express on a new
pc?, is so what the best way of doing it?

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
