Exporting Outlook 2003 e-mail settings to new computer

I'm wondering how to export the Outlook 2003 settings for
my e-mail accounts (ie. name, stmp server, etc.)-- so
that I can transfer from my one computer to my new
computer.

I know how to transfer the files (e-mail, calendar,
contacts, archive, etc.) , and the rules (although
apparently you have to reset all the rules once you
import them.) but I cann find how to transfer the e-mail
settings.

Anyone?
