Exporting Outlook 2003 Mail

I am trying to export mail from outlook 2003, my probalem
is that I need all the fields such as date/time
sent/received and a reference so I can sort and have all
the replyes toegether. I can export but I don't get all
the fields. Is there something I am missing or do I need
a 3rd party app to export from Outlook.
