exporting pab

I'm using Outlook 2002, and I want to bring my contacts
from the personal address book into my outlook contacts.


Is there any way to export the .pab file into a csv and
then bring into the outlook contacts.

No need. Just use File | IMport and Export in OUtlook.

I don't see a setting to import and export with the
personal address book

It's a file. Choose "Import from another folder or file."
