Exporting photos from form

I have an infopath form that contains a repating table with a button in
one column to insert a photo. I would like to automatically export the
photos with a certain naming convention based on the content of the row
in the table. How can I do this?

I have a project where I'd like to do something similar but I'd like to
export to different locations as well as different filenames. I suspect the
solution is probably the same. I haven't tackled this problem yet as I'm
stuck at a previous stage but any vomments or thoughts would be helpful
