Exporting PowerPoint presentation

I have created a PowerPoint presentation with graphics & audio - but I am
having a tough time exporting it properly to my client (in a different city)
so they can view the presentation and hear the audio track at the same time.
They can view the immages, but they get no sound. HELP!
