Exporting/Sending MSWord doc to PPT

Hi

Novice speaking,

I've just tried to send a Word document (with tables) to Power Point,
but
when it appears in PPT it is a shambles !

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong please.

"In shambles" can mean a lot of things.

However, for the tables part, it's better to just copy them in Word and
paste them on the PPT slide.

PPT uses Word's styles to determine where bulleted and title text goes.
Heading 1 = title, Heading 2 = primary bullet, Heading 3 = secondary bullet,
etc. But I don't think it recognizes and interprets a table-to-table
setting. Sorry.

If you want to insert the whole document(with table), you can choose Insert,
Object, create from file, press browse, then double click the file you want
to insert, press OK. Now, you should see the document on you slide. by the
way, you can double click it to edit the file.
