Exporting settings, templates to another environment

Greetings.

In most project several environments (testing, POC, training, production)
are created. The question : Are there tools to transfer project server
general settings, security templates, views and the rest eg. from test to
pilot ? Has anybody a scent of these elementary tools - no reason
for doing this locally n times ?

Hi,

We are also planning to transfer the settings of our Project Server 2007
test environment to the production server (also Project Server 2007). We
would like to get all the settings we made on the test environment.

I haven't seen any article on this yet. Hope you can also help me.
