Exporting subdatasheet data from a query to Excel

Is there a way to export all data in a query, including subdatasheet fields,
into Excel (or other program)? Right now only the main data gets exported no
matter how much of the data is expanded in the query.

Hi,

Yes, there is a way to export all data in a query, including subdatasheet fields,into Excel.

I created an MS Access add-in named "SubdatasheetsAndSubformsAccessToExcelExporter.mda".
This add-in can do exactly what you need, i.e. export following MS Access structures:
- datasheet & subdatasheet
- form & subform
from MS Access to MS Excel while keeping information from both parent and child levels.
