exporting tables

Exporting a data from a table and importing in to an
existing table on another computer.

Both tables are identical, just on different computers.

The question is how do I export the table from one
computer and import it into another to an existing
table???

Never heard of that ;-)
You could create a query in the Source MDB that includes the records you
want to transfer. Then open the query and menu select File|Export and create
an export file on a floppy. Then walk to the other computer and insert the
disk. Menu select File|Get External Data|Import and import the records into
a new table. Then append the new table to your Target table.
