exporting tasks to outlook?

is it possible to export project tasks to outlook so that
a person using outlook can import these tasks as a
calendar? thanks chuck <no way ... at <wilson3 dot com

Hi Chuck,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

I don't think you can export tasks. You need to set up a workgroup (see
Help) and each recipient needs to run wgsetup.exe. You can then send
assignments by email to them which will appear in their Outlook.
