Exporting to Excel

What is the code to export a report to excel using a button on a form. And,
how do you get the Windows Explorer window to pop-up in this code so that the
user can select their path to export the report instead of typing the path in
some textbox manually. Thank you.

Hi,

To get a 'File Save As' Dialog check : http://www.mvps.org and especially
there the example http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm unfortunately
this is done in VBA.

To export the report you can use the OutputTo command and add drive, path
and filename from the dialog above.
