Exporting to Outlook 2003

Hello,

I have 3 list boxes that displays all my report, tables and queries in my
database...
lstReports - display all my reports
List207 - display all my Tables
List209 - display all my Queries
cmdEMAIL - command button

i want that if i select from the listboxes i have and click cmdEMAIL it will
be attached to Outlook, is it possible? so that everytime i need to email
specially reports instead of converting to PDF then attached to outlook....by
just clicking on cmdEMAIL access will do the attachment to outlook and
convert to PDF for reports...convert Excel for Tables and Queries, is it
possible in access???can anyone is kind to help me on how i can write my
codes or function or module or whatever???
