I have to export an access table to XML (schema embedded). One of the
column names needs to be something like info:columnname or
keyword:columnname. I expect that after exporting the ':' would get
converted into some code like x003A etc. (so column name should become
info_x003A_columnname), but that is not happenning and the colon (':')
is being retained which results in an invalid XML document. I am using
Access 2002. Any idea why this is happening and what can be done to
prevent this from happenning?
