I don't know if this is the place to ask this question but here goes.
I work in a Mac based printing company. We have customers that
bring in info that they have set in a Word document. It can either
be on disk or emailed to us. We upgraded to Mac OSX and since
then we are not able to import the info into our Quark documents
like we did pre-OSX. If we open the files on our IBM and save
them in our Word app, we can import the resaved file. What can
be the problem? I asked Apple and they think it's got something to
do with the software, either Quark or Word. I'm just trying to
narrow it down to which software it is.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
