Expression After Update Error Message

In the database that I am currently developing in Access 2007 but in the
Access 2002, 2003 format, I am getting this error message...
The expression After Update you entered as the event property setting
produced the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Office
Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control. I am only
trying to update a query that is attached to a field in a subform and refresh
the current form as well.

Me.Refresh
Me!DailyScaleF!DetailDailyScaleF!ReleaseNum.Requery

I get a similar error message on any code that I enter into this form.
These were working fine yesterday and all of a sudden stopped working. When
I go to the Access Options and Trust Center...Trust Center Settings, ActiveX
Controls is not even an option to change. Help
