have installed expression web using admin account on XP SP2. my limited
account users are having problems where the program attempts to "reconfigure"
at every startup. I've attempted a detect & repair, and setting them to admn
( where it opened fine ) but upon resetting to limited, starts the
configuration . I've let it complete, but still requires reconfig on next
start..
is this program compatible with limited accounts?
