Expressions: will it use themes?

I'm sure I could find the answer somewhere but I hope the question will be
answered here. The use of Themes by so many is what makes too many sites
look amateurish. Will Expressions have a different approach?

No Themes in Expression Web

No, it has website templates but they are pure XHTML/CSS based and come
complete with a DWT and three separate stylesheets.

Yep..no more themes (hurray!)

Besides just being much higher quality in terms of coding, dwt's, style
sheets, etc...the included templates are actually quite good as far as looks
as well....much nicer than themes.
