In my form i want my unbound text box called Acutal Total to
lookup the department and group together the Gross Value for each department
then to minus this figure from the Deduct Value again grouping it by the
department which gives me the Actual Total for each department.
i want this total to be on the last line of the departments purchase orders
i have tried to include it in my query from which the form is based but
because there is some expressions and some of the fields are group by Sum it
will not let me input data.
i am new to access, so if you need any more info on this please let me know.
