Hi,
I am having a problem in Outlook 2002 that says "<path>\msync.dll is not a
valid add-in."I found in the knowledgebase that said to delete the extend.dat
file and all should be well. I've deleted the file and I'm still having the
same problem after I reload Outlook. I'll go back to the folder and the
extend.dat file is recreated. I unistalled and reinstalled Office with no
luck. I did notice that somebody installed a full version of Office 2002 and
a standalone version of Access2000 which I uninstalled.
Can anybody tell me what is producing the extend.dat file so I can stop the
aforementioned error message?
