Hi,

1. Is it possible/legal to distribute Extensibility.dll and
Microsoft.VisualStudio.CommandBars.dll as part of my Word Addin Setup?

2. Is there a re-distributable package somewhere that already does this?
without installing VS 2005.

To my knowledge, extensibility.dll is redist. you can chk KB907417.
